Bookings Terms and Conditions

Bookings/Payments: Within option expiry date 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellations and Curtailments by the Client/T.O.: Once payment is received and a voucher (Booking Confirmation) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges.

Cancellation fees for VILLAS and APARTMENTS
(Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Atrani, Firenze, Lucca, Siena)

  • 10% – from date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
  • 50% – 44 to 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
  • 90% – 29 to 7 days prior to rental commencement period.
  • 100% – less than 7 days prior to commencement or during period.

Cancellation fees for HOTELS and B&B
(Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Atrani, Firenze, Lucca, Siena)

  • 30% – 28 to 15 days prior to arrival.
  • 50% – 14 to 7 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% – less then 7 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% plus No show Fee – No Show (on day booked).

Bookings which run over special events or festival periods may incur higher cancellation penalties, according to principals’ charged to S.I.I..

Any curtailment of a booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to 100% cancellation fee, which cannot under any circumstances be waived or altered by an hotelier or other agent.  If a cancellation is caused by force majeur, the Tour Operator / client is liable for all expenses incurred on their behalf.  All clients are strongly advised to take adequate travel insurance, which includes sufficient coverage in the event of a cancellation.

Amendments, Alterations, Cancellations and Curtailments by Seasons In Italy: In the unlikely event of a confirmed booking being amended or altered in any way, we will make every effort to find your client alternative accommodation of a similar standard.

Brochure Accuracy: Seasons In Italy has visited all villas, apartments, hotels & bed and brekfasts featured in this website and every effort has been made for the description of the accommodation as accurately as possible. However, information and statements contained in Tour Operators or Travel Agents’ own brochures are their own responsibility.

Facilities:  While every effort is made to keep the facilities in line with those printed, Seasons In Italy cannot accept responsibility for facilities which are temporarily not available, for example, electrical equipment may break down, redecoration and maintenance is necessary for the upkeep of the properties / hotels and may take place without prior warning and, while property owners/hoteliers and our local representatives will endeavour to keep inconvenience to a minimum, Seasons In Italy cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience beyond their control, nor for accidents or losses in any property/hotel.

Complaints: In the case of any problem or complaint it is imperative that our local representative is informed at the earliest possible moment in order to give her the opportunity to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Seasons In Italy within 14 days of the end of the service provided.  Failure to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of the owner/hotelier and or Seasons In Italy to rectify the complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim the client may have.

Passports and Visas:  Seasons In Italy cannot be held liable for any loss incurred in the event of clients’ failure to hold the necessary passports, visas and documents for their journey.  Clients are advised to check with the relevant visa departments of the countries they wish to visit.

Price changes:  Seasons In Italy reserves the right to revise all prices published in this website at any time and for any reason, however no change in price will be made once a booking has been confirmed.

Accommodation Costs: On receipt of your booking confirmation and full pre–payment, Seasons In Italy accepts responsibility for paying accommodation and transfer costs, we therefore cannot accept any responsibility for clients who pay directly to the hotels or drivers.

Compensation: Compensation is in all cases limited to an entitlement to repayment of all monies paid to Seasons In Italy.

These booking conditions are the contractual terms governed by Inglese Law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of Inglese courts at all times.
